Luscious specialises in storytelling in film, television and emerging technology. Built around three senior partners with extensive experience in advertising, digital post-production, engineering, music, writing and design, Luscious actively seek out like-minded clients, partners, technology entrepreneurs and innovators who enable us to push the boundaries of how we tell stories and communicate with the world.

We have created award-winning advertising for global clients and recently won a Cannes silver lion for the VR and traditional commercial based Virtual Equality campaign.

We designed and created two large-scale experiences for The Australian War Memorial and recently designed and produced the critically acclaimed JAMES CAMERON – CHALLENGING THE DEEP immersive exhibition for The Australian National Maritime Museum along with producing television, online and print promotional and advertising material direct to client.

Further to our award winning 3-DOF VR experience for Virtual Equality, we have also recently competed a 6-DOF experience for IPP LLC out of New York and 360 VR experience about OPERATION JAYWICK for the The Australian National Maritime Museum.

The Academy Award short-listed film A MESSAGE FROM FALLUJAH, was written, directed and produced by Luscious as was the high-rating television documentary AFGHANISTAN – THE AUSTRALIAN STORY.

Prior to working in film and television Richard trained as an engineer and was also a gigging musician and composer.

Since graduating from film school he has directed music videos, documentaries, commercials and short films. He also works as a cinematographer, editor, writer and a digital artist and is knowledgeable in 3D, virtual Reality and a wide range of emerging technology.

Richard has written television and feature film screenplays including adaptations of the novels Rant by Chuck Palahniuk and Chameleon by Richard Hains. He has also written children’s stories, short stories and documentaries. I co-wrote and directed the multi-award-winning Academy Award short-listed film, A Message from Fallujah.

Richard has written and directed documentaries and experiential installations including Battle of The Coral Sea and Operation Jaywick for the ANMM, the AE2 story for The Australian War memorial and the James Cameron - Challenging The Deep exhibition which is at the Australian National Maritime Museum and about to tour the world.

Awards: Cannes advertising, Gold Axis, NZ Music video awards, Clio gold, One Show, New York Festival, Mobius gold, Montreal FF silver, Rhode Island gold, Los Angeles SFF Best Of Show, Award Awards, London Advertising festival, Ad Fest, AACTA nominated and Academy Award shortlisted.

Jeff graduated from Swinburne Film and TV School (now VCA) with a degree in Film and TV. I directed Music Video and TV commercials from 1987 and worked with artist such as Michael Hutchence, Tex Perkins and You am I (Tim Rogers). Jeff has directed TV commercials, promo ID’s and short films working both locally and internationally.

Jeff has won numerous awards such as a Gold Promax, Silver BDA and been nominated for Aria and Award awards.

Jeff’s specialty is post production and idea innovation and as Creative Producer led the Luscious team to win a Silver Lion in 2017 for the Marriage Equality Campaign.

As a Creative Producer at Luscious Jeff has successfully led and won Tenders such as the Australian War Memorial Audio Visual Refit which encompassed over 120 multimedia touch screens and large-scale films and displays. And led the Luscious team to successfully deliver James Cameron – Challenging the Deep which is the highest grossing exhibition at the Australian National Maritime Museum and is now embarking on a global tour.
